Terminal Description

The Atlanta terminal opened its doors in 2010, initially operating exclusively as a dry van division. Recognizing the growing demand for diverse services, we expanded in 2014 to become a dual-service center, incorporating a refrigerated division. This expansion allowed us to cater to a broader range of customer needs and provide more opportunities for our drivers.

Our facilities have been designed with our drivers’ comfort and efficiency in mind. We offer a newly renovated driver lounge where drivers can relax and recharge. Additionally, our full-service shop ensures that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, keeping our fleet reliable and safe.

The Atlanta terminal prides itself on having a dedicated and experienced staff committed to supporting our drivers. Our team is here to ensure that every driver receives the best possible support while on the road. Unique to our terminal is our Terminal Manager, who brings firsthand experience from his journey starting as a trainee and driving for Knight Refrigerated both as a solo and team driver. His insights and leadership are invaluable in fostering a family atmosphere between drivers and support staff.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta and Truist Park—home of the Atlanta Braves—and only 10 minutes from Six Flags Amusement Park, our terminal offers drivers the chance to explore and enjoy the vibrant culture and attractions of Atlanta during their downtime. The proximity to famous local cuisine also provides a delightful break from the road.

As Atlanta continues to grow, our terminal is well-positioned with the infrastructure necessary for sustained success. We are dedicated to treating every driver as part of the Knight Family and are committed to helping each one achieve their personal and professional goals.
