Knight Driver Update February 2025

We are continuing our new monthly series, Knight Driver Update, where we share important insights and updates to support our driving associates. In this month’s video, Vice President of Pricing, Cris Richardson, and Executive Vice President of Sales, Joe Sherer, cover two critical topics: the current market and servicing the freight. 

Joe and Cris highlight the key role our driving associates play in securing more freight by providing exceptional service. Timeliness, safety, and strong communication, especially around pickup and delivery times, are critical. The better we serve our customers, the more opportunities we create.

With bid season underway, Cris emphasizes that our customers have choices. Providing top-tier service helps us stand out and secure more business. He also shares that while the freight market has been challenging in recent years, we are seeing positive shifts, and volume is expected to increase throughout the year.
