Matt Davis- Tulare/NoCal
We are excited to announce Matt Davis as the new Terminal Manager of Tulare (NoCal). With 4.5 years at Knight, Matt has shown a passion for overcoming challenges and helping others succeed.
A standout memory of his time at Knight includes turning a difficult customer relationship into a strong friendship and showcasing his skill in building lasting partnerships.
In his new role, Matt aims to drive market and fleet growth while fostering a positive culture. He is most excited about the opportunity to develop and grow a new team.
Jeremiah Combs- Indy/Chicago
We are delighted to introduce Jeremiah as the new Terminal Manager for Indy/Chicago. With 10 years at Knight, he has consistently enjoyed working with dedicated colleagues both in the office and over the road, always appreciating the positive attitudes that everyone brings to their work.
In his new role, Jeremiah aims to fill all our trucks within the next couple of months and grow the fleet size over the next year for Indy/Chicago. He is confident that the experienced and talented team in the office can make this vision a reality.
What excites Jeremiah the most about this position is the opportunity to continue working with familiar faces, encouraging everyone to strive for excellence. His goal is to achieve terminal success and increase opportunities within the company.
Lucas Smith- SoCal
We are pleased to announce Lucas Smith as the new Terminal Manager of SoCal. With a decade of experience at Knight, Lucas has greatly valued the mentorship from veteran drivers and longtime office staff, which has shaped his career.
One of his best memories involves working closely with his driver Hector. Through understanding Hector’s motivations, he was able to inspire him to achieve his goal of buying a Harley. This accomplishment stands as a testament to Lucas’ dedication and effective mentorship.
In his new role, Lucas is determined to regrow the terminal to its former size of over 240 trucks. He is also excited about reconnecting with drivers, valuing their stories, and showing appreciation for their hard work.
