Knight-Swift Acquires DHE

We are thrilled to announce that Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. has acquired DHE — the less-than-truckload division of Dependable Highway Express Inc. — based out of Los Angeles, CA. The remaining lines of Dependable Highway Express Inc. and other Dependable Supply Chain Services (DSCS) divisions will continue operating under the seller’s existing ownership team.
